1. About this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Robina Research Pty Ltd (ABN 93 698 569 407) ("Robina Research", "Loviva", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar storage technologies on the Loviva wellbeing-navigation service (the "Service").
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Loviva is designed to be used anonymously — we do not require an account for the core discovery experience, and we do not sell personal information.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. We also use similar browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage to remember short-lived state between visits — for example, which session you were in the middle of.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to function. They cannot be switched off.
- loviva_sid — an anonymous, HttpOnly session cookie that lets your current discovery journey persist across page loads. It contains a random identifier only, not personal information.
- Security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider.
- Local browser storage used to remember your consent choice and to reconnect you to your own past sessions on this device.
Analytics (optional)
If enabled, aggregated and anonymised measurements help us understand which parts of Loviva feel helpful and where the experience could be softer. We do not use this to identify individual users.
Marketing (optional)
If enabled, these help us measure the effectiveness of information campaigns about Loviva on third-party platforms. Loviva does not run behavioural advertising against people who are working through a wellbeing journey.
4. Managing your choices
The first time you visit Loviva, a small consent panel appears at the bottom of the page. You can accept all cookies, keep only the strictly necessary ones, or open the Cookie Preferences page to make a more specific choice.
You can change your decision at any time on the Cookie Preferences page. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.
Turning off strictly necessary cookies is not possible from within Loviva. If you block them in your browser, some parts of the Service — such as continuing an existing session — may not work.
5. Third parties
Loviva relies on a small number of trusted service providers (for example, hosting, error monitoring, and the AI models that power the discovery flow). Where those providers set cookies, they do so under our instructions and under contractual privacy protections. Details of the categories of recipients are set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
7. Contact us
If you have questions about cookies or how Loviva handles information, you can contact us via the details in our Privacy Policy.
